Each tool leaves a sealed report at your desk. A reviewer does not want four files: the Dossier reads them all and answers as one piece. All four questions have a report today, and all four stand at the top control, consistent, five of five.

A seal is recomputed before anything else is believed. The Dossier recomputes all four against their own content, and holds the rule that closes the family: one dataset cannot carry two seals, and a report from an unknown tool version is named, not guessed.

On day one the Dossier printed zero verifiable signatures across its own suite, one refusal per report, because nothing is called valid unverified. The zero was acted on: today every public record carries the house signature, and the piece verifies all four.

Fresh, due, or stale: every measurement is dated against the rhythm you declare, ninety days by default and said as a declaration. Today all four are fresh, and the oldest is sixteen days into its rhythm: counted, not assumed.

The Dossier is written next to your files, sealed with the same fingerprint the whole suite uses, and it judges freshness against a rhythm you declare, named in the record as a declaration. Nothing leaves your machine, and nothing about the verdict requires our word.
