Who publishes this, under which licences, served from where, and what this site does to its visitors — which is nothing. The one page of a sales site that is usually mumbled; here it follows the same rule as the rest: plain, sourced, short.
This site, and the tool it describes, are published by Arslane Chaouche — the licensor named in the first line of the licence file that ships with the tool.
The tool is licensed PolyForm Noncommercial, with a thirty‑day Evaluation Grant written into the licence file — the full terms are in Appendix D. The text and figures of this site are by the same author. The typeface is Literata, by TypeTogether, under the SIL Open Font Licence, served from this site's own files. The objects on the appendix pages were modelled for this site by its author.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no forms. The scripts on this site do two things only: the main screen synchronises its animation clock and tab title, and the appendix pages open their sections when you print. Switch them off and everything still works. Every figure displayed carries a declared source — the full declaration file is public, beside this page: releve.json — and the seal in the masthead is the content fingerprint of the sealed record the figures come from.
The tool publishes its own errors: a retraction file lists every published conclusion that turned out to be wrong, held open by a test. This site inherits the rule — a corrected figure is corrected in daylight, not swapped quietly.
